"Hi Sam, as you requested here is our feedback from our stay in your SOUTHERN GETAWAY apartment at Vista Cay. We thought the apartment was a great value for money and lovely to stay in. We have no complaints at all about the furniture and space that was ours for the eleven days we stayed there. It was clean upon arrival and all the beds were made up as expected. As far as we could make out everything worked just fine and we didn't need to contact the management service for anything. All in all we were most satisfied with our rental."

"Hi Pam, I just wanted to say THANX--the UNIVERSAL PALMS accommodated the family just right. The nights we did not go to the parks the kids were able to see the fireworks from the balcony or we walked a short way to the walking trail ( just behind the pool area ) and were able to see fireworks from Sea World. Having the room to cook dinner was outstanding ! It helped save a lot of money so we could enjoy the theme parks more. Give Randy a special thanks from Jerry for getting the air conditioner contractor out when the air was not working when we arrived this made Jerry's stay extra happy...LOL. We enjoyed watching movies in the clubhouse, while we swam the teens played pool or games. The convenience of this condo was more than expected. There was so much to do at Vista Cay a family could take vacation here for a week and have fun. Thanks !"

"Stayed at the HARBOR LUXURY Condo for 3 nights the end of June. The condo is beautiful. Great space for parents with two teens. Additionally, the boys loved the game system supplied in the condo. Everything was topnotch and in great condition. Vista Cay has a good pool, clubhouse and location. The owner and leasing coordinator were a pleasure to deal with."

"Hi Pam: The SOUTHERN GETAWAY condo was gorgeous. The floorplan was open and spacious, which provided a great area for my daughter to play with her grandparents. The decor was beautiful and the colors were soothing and relaxing. The flat panel TV was a definite hit. I truly appreciate the little touches such as the laundry basket, tea kettle and abundance of towels. The trash bin hidden in the bench is a clever feature and having someone collect the trash daily was very convenient. We made use of the complimentary high chair and pack-n-play for our 1 year old. The location is great, right in the middle of Orlando's new Tuscan-themed corridor. It is beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes to International Blvd and Universal Studios. We absolutely loved the Vista Cay – its location was IDEAL, it was easy to navigate up and down International Blvd from the condo, and THE FLORIDIAN PLACE condo itself was just perfect. It was so nice to leave the hustle and bustle of the convention hotel and retreat to our private spot – to cook healthy meals together, relax on the comfy furniture and enjoy some girlfriend time. The four of us in the room agreed that it felt like an extended pajama party! We already know where we want to stay next year when the convention comes to town – VISTA CAY, hands down.
